Covid protocols
- Our guides will have masks, spare parts in addition to gel alcohol for the course of the tour
- Our guides have up-to-date vaccination certificate
Reservation Policies
- For the reservation, the tour for which the guide is requested must be available
- Payments must be verified by direct contact with the company via email.
Cancellation Policies
- For cancellations with 7 days before the tour, the total payment will be refunded
- For cancellations with 3 days before the tour, 50% of the payment will be refunded
Emergency Service Suspension Policies
- In case of any notified emergency, the total return of the service will be made.
- In case of suspension of the service during the execution of this, the % of reimbursement will be evaluated.
In case of reimbursement, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the company to carry out this process.
